The fever thermometer comes with two batteries. To install the batteries, press down on the battery cover and insert the batteries. The fever thermometer will now perform a self-test to check the functionality.
To measure the temperature, point the fever thermometer between the eyebrows, 0-5cm from the forehead. Do not touch the skin with the thermometer. Then press the start button. After about 1 second, the result will be shown in the LED display, the thermometer will also vibrate and beep. The sound can be muted.
If the distance between the thermometer and the person is too long, a symbol with the numbers 0-5 will appear on the display. When the distance decreases to the correct one, the measurement will be performed automatically.
