We offer a standard service agreement to all our defibrillators.
It has been noticed that the most common fault on defibrillators, is that the electrodes were old and that the battery was not replaced on time. Unfortunately, this means that the defibrillator is unusable when it is needed the most. Through a service agreement, you do not have to keep track of the date when the electrode and battery have to be replaced or whoever that is going to do it.
With a service agreement, you can focus on your core business and let us take care of the maintenance of the defibrillator.
The service agreement is automatically billed annually if it is not terminated. No notice period.
The service agreement includes the following:
- Replacement of electrode & battery according to the defibrillator service intervals (20% discount on electrode & battery, invoiced separately)
- Updates
- Function check
- Borrowing a defibrillator in case of failure on your own
