Important accessories for the heart starter Philips HeartStart FR3 include electrodes and battery. We have different types of batteries, both a standard battery and a rechargeable battery. A normal battery can standå in standby for about 3 years. A rechargeable battery for the Philips HeartStart FR3 has a cycle life of 300 charging cycles. It can deliver 100 defibrillations or be active for 3.5 hours. A rechargeable battery also requires a battery charger.
We also sell electrodes as accessories. We have both electrodes in 1-pack or in 5-pack. Think about that it is recommended to always have a double set-up of electrodes and batteries. All to give a heart starter an unforgettable reliability.
Another accessory for the Philips HeartStart FR3 is a child key. With it, the current can be adjusted to lower Joule, so that even children under the age of 8 can be saved by the defibrillator.
For your Philips HeartStart FR3, we recommend an accessory kit with, among other things, scissors and a razor blade. Scissors may be necessary to cut up clothes. A razor blade, on the other hand, is important if the patient has a lot of body contact. The hair may need to be shaved off for the electrodes to adhere correctly to the skin.
